I would like to present ...the backyard.  Yea!!!!	The war zone all clean up for a truce.
Sun on the redwood fence.	Here I built a new gate for easy access to the front.
The new sod needed a lot of water.	The front windows let a lot of sunlight into the living room.
Every wall in the back unit was painted.  It took a day to do the bedrooms and living rooms.  However it took a week for the bathroom and kitchen.	We put new ceiling fans into both bedrooms and the dining room.
Here is the new doorway into the garage.  It is a lot easier now to get to the washer and dryer now.	The new laundry room.
The attic was cleaned out too.	My duplex :)
